First Day of School

Just a quick note. Yesterday was our 10 year anniversary. We got to spend the day together at the Children's Museum. After that we went and met Emma's teacher. She seems to be a really nice lady. I think she should be really great with Emma.

So today was Emma's first day of 1st grade!! She got on the bus this morning at 8:15Am and didn't get home until 4:15PM. It was really odd to spend all day without her! Kyle even missed her! When she came home I asked her how school went and she said it was great......there was recess and she got to ride the bus home and it was sooo fun! That is all I got out of her about her first day at school!

Kyle and I practiced writing his name today and also went and got my serger back from the sewing machine doc. It isn't completely fixed but it is usable until the new part comes in!! Hurray!!!

It is going to take some time to get used to our new schedule, but it will happen!
